My computer was sent off to HP and returned to me fixed for a rapid storage issue at the time the computer wasn't even functioning. That was probably about a year ago and the warranty is out on it but I'm wondering why I'm still getting an error message about the rapid storage. When you click on it it says pcle STD on controller 3 Port zero offline clear metadata. My SATA storage discus working just fine no errors nothing. and what it says is that this portion is only 13 gigs so I'm not worried about that but I'm worried that's going to mess up something else in my computer. So should I hit clear metadata or should I just leave it alone?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting an Intel Rapid Storage error on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

What is the exact error you are getting?

Meanwhile, I recommend you refer to the below article from Intel and follow the listed steps based on the error message you are getting.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
