I've been having a similar problem with my HP Pavilion TS 15 since formatting the hard drive - should I use the same update you suggested above?

Hi:

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

I knew the driver update would work for the other person because they at least provided what model processor their notebook had.

One thing for sure...this will only work on HP notebooks with Intel 4th generation or newer processors.

Yes that IMEI driver update should also work for your model.

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Components Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
