I get no help from these suggestions. Although, I thank you for the information. I have an

HP Envy 15 Laptop

Model:  15-q667nr

Serial Number:  359 259 070 802 656

I tried tapping the Esc Key and the F1, F10, and delete Keys and my startup is not affected. All that happens is that I get the HP Logo and then the sign in screen.

How do I get into the BIOS?

Hi,
I hade same problem several years ago!
If tried every thing and it didin't work!
You remove mainboard battery in order to reset bios setting.
It's esay 😉 You have to open your laptop( 4 or 6 screw)and them You are going to see the battery. Remove the battery for like 10S and replace it again.
And try F10 or whatever to go in to Bios setting.
I hope this will help 😉

Thank you for your answers. I finally got into the BIOS by holding the Power button and then tapping the shift key. by the way, I don't have to unscrew the back to get into the battery. The battery comes out easily by tapping the key on the back.

Thank you.
