Dear friend, 

I perused your solution for  window 8.1. I have a hp pro 420g2  window 10  professional 64 bit commercial version.

It is giving me a lot of teouble. Some drivers are missing. It is slow and freezes for long time.  Web camera is not working.

How do i address the issues?  Can you share image  link  and process i should follow to make it work.

I have installed few third party software for my work and i operate  the laptop through my microsoft log in account.

I recommend that you use the HP support assistant and see if it will automatically find the drivers you need.

 

This package provides HP Support Assistant for supported computer models that are using a supported operating system. HP Support Assistant allows HP customers to discover, maintain, and troubleshoot their computer systems, and also allows customers to contact HP to receive assistance.
