I'm having the same problem on my 15' laptop. How can I reach the solution?

My laptop is a 15-AC163NL (P5N62EA#ABZ). I bought it on december 2015.

Thanks

Hi! @GiCo

Did you replace any hardware components on the PC previously?

If the system board was replaced or if it is a faulty system board on the PC. The product information stored in the BIOS chip would have got erased.

You have to contact HP and get the PC serviced.

HP uses a tool called DMI tool by which the product details are re-entered back on the PC.

However, this tool is limited only to HP partners and HP service center technicians.

Please contact HP support for service options. Click Here

Hope this answers your query!

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂
