I am getting a similar problem too on an HP Envoy 15 Notebook, product number J2E80EA#ABU running Windows 10 and the latest Creators update has resulted in a startup error saying

"Accelerometerst.exe was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application".

I am also having a problem waking it up from sleep mode - it gets trapped in a loop and I have to restart it using  the icon in the bottom right to get it back again.  Not sure if this is related but it's only started happening since the Creators update. Any clues appreciated...
