Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear sir, I purchased the HP laptop (serial No CND6503VY1 and product number 1AC87PA#ACJ) in 2016 from an authorized dealer in Delhi. From past few days , it is showing "Activate windows". Since I have purchased this from you and I do not have the product key (it was updated via digital signature) , kindly provide me the key, so that I can activate it. I am using the same OS provided to me then (updated regularly )

It came with Windows  Windows 10 Home 64. The key is in BIOS of your machine. Did you play around with BIOS or install other OS on your machine such as Linux before ?

Please use the following tool to find out its key

No I never tried to install any other OS.

Yes BIOS was updated , but it was showing me messages for few days , so I have to say yes because I thought it might be a critical update to my system.

Is it any way I can do it restore the previous situation,

( Your solution will work in this case also?)
