I have the same problem. However, the AMD's links for chipset and graphics drivers are not avaliable. Can you please help?

Here is the link to the chipset driver you need...scroll down to the W10 64 bit AMD Chipset Drivers (are also good for W7).

 

https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-9-series-chipsets/990x

 

Here is the link to the graphics driver you need...scroll down the page to the W7 64 bit driver.
