Please, try to enter this >> 76822119
as a response code or as a password.
This should let you enter BIOS, start your PC, unlock your BIOS and/or reset security settings.

Welcome to the HP Support forum.
Please, try to enter a wrong password 3 times/hit enter afterwards and when it finishes, it will display a SYSTEM DISABLED message with a code.
Please, post the entire code here

Welcome back to the HP Support forum.
For any code that starts with i , you have to contact HP Support team for assistance in removing the password.

Depending on the case, the motherboard might need to be replaced or the BIOS might need to be reflushed. And under certain curcumstances, this is not covered by the PC warranty. But please, check with HP first via call. If in the USA, call 1-800-474-6836
