Product: HP Notebook - 14-dq0002dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have been trying to perform a fresh, clean reinstallation of Windows 11 for the last couple of days.  Every attempt I tried FAILED...  Can someone help me?

Spent 4 hours with Microsoft support last night trying various efforts... all failed

Tried Restart + Rght shift - USB FAILED

How does one refresh the OS as I want to pass this laptop onto a friend as a clean machine.

What is the error message ? Can you still be able to access to your machine now ? If YES you can do a clean install Windows 

 

1. Download and save ISO file on your computer (or USB drive),

2. Mount ISO file 

 

                  mount.png

 

3. Run setup file from there
