Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.
Note that I moved your message into a new complete yours thread because you have previously posted in a very old thread for other people.
With regards to your PIN issue:
1. please, login to the account
2. Go to Settings
3. Try to re-create your PIN (re-setup the entire thing)

If you created PIN again, restart the computer. Hopefully, after the restart the 2 options for pass and PIN will re-appear
If the above doesn't help, use System Restore to restore back your computer's state to a previous point. Restore to a restore point before the issue started. Here are details:
