Doing well, only one problem left.
Doing manually fixed USB\VID_05C8&PID_0361:
As for ACPI\INT33A0, it did not work, but I found an article that recommended this and it worked:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23109
The only one left is :USB\VID_8087&PID_07DA&REV_7869:
It comes up with the following article. I tried another recommend from I ntel, but it did not worked either. Actually the computer has slowed down a bit since i installed it.

Hi:
That one is a tough nut to crack!
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W7 driver for the Intel 3160 wifi adapter your notebook has directly from Intel at the link below. Next to the last file on the page.
That model came with W8.1 x64 bit from HP, so it may be best if you ditch W7 and install W8.1.

Download the plain W8.1 ISO file from the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

Looks like you are correct about upgrading to W8.1. My goal was to get it totally functional with W7 & do a full backup then upgrade a windows that is supported. Which one do you think is my best bet 8.1 or 10? the only thing not working now is bluetooth as far as i can tell. So i just purchased a logitech with Unifying USB receiver and it's working very well. So I will probably start my full backup tomorrow. I just want my niece to have something to restore if something goes wrong. Another problem is that the WIndows7 Disk that i used to install W7 might have been installed to another computer somewhere. Although it activated properly, i hope it does not cause problem if another computer has the same License number (I do not thing so but maybe its possible???).

If the product key was already used, then W7 wouldn't have activated.
You had mentioned that on W10 your PC had issues.
I don't know what issues it had, so I don't know what to tell you regarding reinstalling W10.
The W8.1 product key is in the BIOS, so you don't need it to install W8.1, and with W10, when you are asked to enter a product key, you select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

Hey, it’s all working. I did something that I usually do not do any longer because I never saw it working. When I select update driver, I check the “Search Automatically .... on the internet” & it worked LOL.
Now if I upgrade to W8.1 from the ISO link that you sent me, will I have to update all the drivers again?
