You'll have to clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

I dont this, and it work after several restarte and stuff. Windows was innstalled, and updates where downloading. But after a bios update I am not able to go on anymore. Using cmd I se the disk when I list them, but not volume when I list them. Looks like the ssd not are as volume.
And when I comes to choosing partition to install on, during the Windows install, I get the error 0x80300024

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Diskpart utility while you are in the Windows setup program and clean the disk where you are getting that error.
Here's how:
- Press Shift+F10 from inside Windows Setup screen to open a command prompt window.
- Type diskpart and press the Enter key.
- Type list disk to find your disk number.
- Type select disk (e.g., select disk0) to choose the disk you want to format.
- Finally, type clean to wipe the disk completely.
- Exit diskpart and install Windows.
