Hello @rajesh4444

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

You need (another Windows computer) to prepare <USB flash drive> to install windows

--- Solution ---  A)

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10

Not supported thanks to @Paul_Tikkanen

--- Solution ---  B)

Use the official Microsoft method:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

After installation is done, download and install HP drivers

Kind regards

Hi, @rajesh4444

Your notebook is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, so you will have to use Ub6424's second option to reinstall W10.

Hello @Paul_Tikkanen

You're right. Product number (p/n) T0Z73PA#*** is not supported by HP Cloud Recovery. Thank you

I corrected the previous post.

Kind regards
