Hp Notebook Model: 14-an013nr

Ive upgraded my notebook to windows 10 and its taken too much space. So i want to go back to windows 7 or 8.1 and it just doesnt let me. Ive tried deleting all that i could but not sure what else to delete as i dont want to delete something important for the computer to run. Ive ran disc clean up, taken out all my personal files. Cant figure out how to sign myself out of the like Microsoft. I want to uninstall programs but dont know which ones. All help is appreciated, thank you.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

You need to use the HP Recovery Media to reformat your computer and reinstall Windows 7 or Windows 8.1

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file inorder to install Windows operating system. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 to Use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)

Thank you
