HP DM3T
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all. I was factory resetting my HP Dm3t-1000 (windows 7 64 bit) and electricity went out. So, in order to get my laptop to work, I had to install another windows. However I saved my old windows at windows.old folder and back up partitions of my hard drive were untouched.  So my question is how to go back to my original windows. I tried installing HP recovery manager and HP Cloud Recovery Tool and didn't work. Is there any way I can get my Windows product # (the label is blurry)? Model: HP DM3T

Thanks!

Thanks Banhien, I truly appreciate your help a lot. I already deleted my laptop's serial # (didn't know it could be dangerous). I already tried using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool but is not recognizing my laptop automatically. I also attempted to manually insert that info but didn't work.

Any other ideas?

Thanks a lot!
