Hello

I was delete all partition now i restore windows via cloud recovery but i dont have other partitions like hpe tools recovery diagnostic vs.. So is there usb image for my laptop restore to out of box state?

Hi:

 

Did you check to see what recommended and optional software was available?

 

I have attached the instructions for how to use the cloud recovery tool below.

 

If you look at page 11 of the document I attached, there are 3 sections where you can add the software you want to install.

 

You can also install the HP diagnostic software from your notebook's support page.

Other than the above info I have provided, I know of no other recovery images available for your notebook.

HP Recommended

Hello cloud recovery does not restore factory default partitions like a diagnostic partition and recovery partition. And cloud recovery does not install drivers application so you must install it later
