I downloaded hp cloud recovery tool and followed every step

Then after turning on I pressed f9 for installing software

 

My laptop was installing software for whole 8 hours and then suddenly msg popped 

Recovery attempt failed select one of following buttons.

savelog.

Hi:

 

I have two suggestions for you to try:

 

1. For the cloud recovery tool set the BIOS date to its 'Born on' date and run the Cloud recovery media again.

 

Sometimes there is a problem with any 30-day trial software that is in the recovery program such as McAfee.

 

The recovery fails because the current date is beyond the 30 day trial period.

 

2. If that doesn't work, I recommend that you use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a plain W11 installation USB flash drive (2nd option) and clean install W11.

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

After W11 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
