I bought a DVD (3) disc kit to recover my computer. Did all of the procedures and everything seemd to be ok 'till the and but, when the blue screen appears with the Admin logo, just after, appears the message:
CTOERROR.flg - Notepad
16;10;42,66 ChkErrBB.CMD ; Detect some error during PININst.BBV
16;10;42,66 ChkErrBB.CMD ; Check c:\system.sav\logs\BurnBootWarm.log
16;10;42,66 ChkErrBB.CMD ; or, Check c:\system.sav\logs\BurnBootMerge.log
What shold I do?

Hi:
See if this works...
Install W8.1 by creating the Microsoft installation media, using another Windows PC...You want W8.1 64 bit.
If you live in an EU country, you may have to select the W8.1 N version
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
Only if you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, use this generic key.
This is the generic key for W8.1 'standard.'

If you had to enter the generic key, manually change the generic product key to the W8 'standard' key in your PC's BIOS in the PC settings menu.
After you get W8.1 installed, you will need to run the free utility I zipped up and attached below, that will show you show the W8 product key in your PC's BIOS.
I have also zipped up and attached below, the Microsoft tool which hopefully will transfer the ISO file to a DVD or usb flash drive so it is bootable.
Then you can install the available drivers and software from your PC's support page.

Good evening Mr. Tikkanen.
Thank you so much for your help.
I tryied on first, just change the date from 05/04/2014 on BIOS and the Recovery system worked very well.
Now I need to get windows 10 on my computer; What's the best way to have it, without thousands of updates?

You're very welcome.
You can download the Spring version of W10 by clicking on the blue Update Now button at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
