I remember last year I asked a code to download a recovery USB, and someone gave me a key to use in Cloud recovery Tool.

Now I need the code for HP 15s-fq5091nl.

Does anyone know the key to download it?

Hi:

Can you still get into Windows?

If so, run the Windows system information app.

The product number you need to enter for the cloud recover tool will be found on the System SKU line.

If you can't, enter the serial number in the search window at the link below and the product number will show up there.

Then to use the tool, you enter #ABZ after the product number (the location code for Italy).

I think the Windows system information app will already include the #ABZ but the PartsSurfer database will not.

I have the paper box of the pc, and in this, the serial ends with #ABZ, but it is not good...

If I write the code + #ABZ retur error: ID NOT VALID.

Even if I write the code without the extension, the program return error.

What have I to write in the textbox?

I'm indicating how the product number you found on your notebook's box is arranged.

7 characters followed by #ABZ

If I write the first 7 characters (4PN91EA) the answer is: This code doesn't exist.

And the program have locked me for 15 minutes due too many failure...
