It says in the link below, the product number is supported:
https://d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net/
You could query if your system has been supported by HP Cloud Recovery Tool by input Product ID below.
Product ID: | A44NYEA#ABZ |
Result: | Product is supported. Select the link below to download the Cloud Recovery Tool from the Microsoft Store. This tool will help you create recovery media to reinstall Windows and restore your PC to factory state. Be sure that you have a 32 GB USB flash drive available to complete this process. https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9mtks9pr7r3n |

By Powershell
powershell "(Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey"
I have found the code (a 25 numbers 5-5-5-5-5), and even this is not good...

This product code, A44NYEA#ABZ, when you enter it in the cloud recovery tool validation website, reports it is supported!
https://d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net/
Furthermore, I have the cloud recovery tool installed on my Dell Optiplex 7020 MT PC and when I enter that product number in the tool's search window, it will allow me to proceed to make a recovery drive.
I attached a screenshot of my PC running the HP cloud recovery tool with your notebook's product number entered and it clearly shows it is supported!
The Windows product key has nothing to do with making a recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.
You need to tell me exactly what you are looking for.
Your original request was for the product code to make a recovery drive with the cloud recovery tool.
You have that code, and I gave you proof with a picture that it works.
