Product: Pavilion 15-ab268ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Good day
I just finished the recovery media creation utility.
There was a confirmation of succesful creation but my USB had only empty folder
I tried to create a second time, but a message indicates we can only do it once
Is there anything I can do to create the recovery media?

No you cannot create HP recovery USB more than once.
Did you try booting to HP Recovery USB? If the successful message came then most probably it should've been created.
Disable secure boot and plug in the USB. Change boot order temporarily to USB and start to boot.
See if it is working. Do not proceed after welcome screen. Exit and take out the flash drive. Again enable secure boot.
This is the simplest method to check it.
