Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I n windows I do a clean system.i think I erased the recovery media. The laptop do a repair but doest work. I push F11 to do a system restore But nothing.

Hi:

 

I suggest you use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable recovery drive that would be equivalent to a factory reset.

 

Here is a link for how to use the cloud recovery tool.   You will need another Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

Indo this process in other hp laptop. I put the product Id see photo and put usb flash deive less that 32 GB and no detect. My usb works but the hp cloud dont decred it
