Hello, good afternoon, I hope you are well, I have two concerns, my computer when it has the partitioned disk drive C does not allow me to apply recovery, that is, restore it from the factory, so to do it I have to rejoin the disk volumes and I lose all information (games, photos, documents etc), my question, is there any way to do it with partitioned C drive? Thank you very much, and my second question is the following, is the windows license of my laptop forever or does it expire? Well, recently I got the watermark of "Windows Activation" and I had to resort to a windows activator and now every so often I have to resort to this again, because I get the sign that your license will expire soon, is there any way to fix it?
have a good day, thank you very much

I'm not sure I understand it, but if you've changed the original partitions, you will probably only be able to use recovery if you have (usb) recovery media!
In any case, save your personal data!
If necessary you must check if this is compatible
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) | HP® Customer Support
You have a windows version which should not expire normally
But sometimes there are worries indeed, the reasons are hard to find
