I did a factory reset on the HP Laptop but I didn't saved anything so I need the operating system windows reinstall... Any suggestions?

On how to get it Done... Please let me know or if is better to take the laptop to someone who can get it done for me.

You can, but why would you want to pay HP $50 = $60 for the same recovery media you can make for free + the $5 dollar cost of a 32 GB USB flash drive?

Hi:

 

Your PC appears to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

You will need to use another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the bootable recovery media.
