Reinstall windows operating system

I did a factory reset on the HP Laptop but I didn't saved anything so I need the operating system windows reinstall... Any suggestions?

On how to get it Done... Please let me know or if is better to take the laptop to someone who can get it done for me.

Can I buy it the windows recovered usb ready to install it in my laptop? If so what's my choices ...

You can, but why would you want to pay HP $50 = $60 for the same recovery media you can make for free + the $5 dollar cost of a 32 GB USB flash drive?
