Thank you for the quick response. I am able to get to the setup utility, then open Boot Options. I have been trying to use any number of combinations of Boot Options to no avail. Currently they are set at: the CD-Rom Boot (enabled); Legacy support (diabled); Secure Boot (enabled); with the VEFI Boot Order putting Internal CD/DVD ROM first. When I save and exit out, i hear the dvd kick on, but it then goes to the Boot Device Not Found screen, Please install an operating system...Hard Disck (3FO), etc.

Upon first pressing the startup button, start tapping theESC key. HERE IS A GUIDE on how to use the menu choices.
