Reinstalling Windows 10 from BIOS Legacy booting to UEFI booting.

My laptopis  HP 14Q CS0009tu installed with windows 10 pro Version 21H1 with digitally licensed retail key in my 1TB HDD.

Now I want to freshly install (not clone; have no important data can format whole HDD) windows 10 version 21H1 in new M.2 NVme SSD.

I recently got to know {1. My OS was installed through BIOS legacy booting, 2. My Disk partition was MBR type} 

So I want to know that,

1. Do my motherboard (14-kbl std 6l-2g) in Hp 14Q-CS 0009tu support UEFI ?

2. How can I install windows 10 in SSD with GPT partitioning and UEFI booting ? 

3. Will I lose my digital license key ?

help with whole confusion to do transition from BIOS to UEFI in new SSD.

Hi:

Looking at your notebook's specs it should support installing W10 in UEFI mode.

Product key...Microsoft should have a record of your notebook previously having W10 Pro installed.

After you boot into the Windows installation routine, the first thing you will be asked is to select the version of Windows you want to install from the list.  You want to select W10 Pro.

Then you will be asked later to enter a product key. 

Select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 should install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
