Can someone help Please
I Have a ProBook 450G7 4 Months old .all was fine till windows done a update.
Now I keep getting system not responding. then clears it self, then system not responding 7 to 8 times a day.
so I decided to do a reset. rebooted Pressed F11 there was no reset you PC. so went into troubleshoot there was other options but still no reset your PC . so I put in system recovery disk I made via a USB which comes up as not recognised. now not sure what to do. Help Please

While I understand that everyone loves to do system resets, that often does not solve the underlying issue and can leave the PC in a worst state than before.
The first thing I would try, if this was caused by a Windows Update, is to go into settings, then Windows Update, and see if you can uninstall that update. That's a lot less destructive than doing a reset.

Hi Thanks for you prompt Reply.
There was 5 Windows updates. I noticed one update had tried and failed 3 times then managed to install. so I uninstalled that one and all works fine now. a big thank you
