Your problem may also be not password related but a technical issue with the account or Windows.
You may try "turning back time" by using System Restore in Windows and restore back to a previous known-good point.
- Please, shutdown the computer using the power button (pressed and hold for a few seconds until PC powers off)
- Power the computer back on.
As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap) before any logo appears. This should open a HP Startup Menu >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSN0qzXayUY
- Choose F11 for System Recovery options.
The computer should boot from it's recovery partition to open you various recovery options. Note, that F11 option will only work if the recovery partition is there (not deleted) and intact. From there, you have prenty of options to choose from. Every HP computer comes with recovery partition present to assist in tough moments.
Please, perform "System Restore" first in an attempt to fix the issue. Please, restore back to previous days (restore point) where the issue was not present. Here is more info:

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. Provide your feedback/reply.

Hey there! @I_mudasir07,
Are you able to login to the account using the regular windows password?
Did you create a local account or a connected account on the PC?
Have you tried logging in using the on-screen keyboard?
By restarting the PC you should be able to login to windows using the windows password.
Once you login to the windows try the steps recommended below.
Turn off Sleep mode and reset your PIN
Press Windows Key + S and enter power options. Select Power Options from the list of results.
Find your currently selected plan and click the Change plan settings.
Set Put the computer to sleep to Never and click Save changes.
Now you need to reset your PIN by following these steps:
Open the Settings app and go to Accounts > Sign-in options.
Locate the PIN section and click the Remove button.
The PIN section will change asking you if you’re sure that you want to remove your PIN. Click the Remove button to confirm your decision.
Enter your account password to verify your account and click OK. After clicking OK the PIN should be removed.
Click Add button in the PIN section to add a new PIN.
Enter your new PIN twice and click the OK button to confirm it.
Also, you can fix this problem by using the I forgot my PIN option. To see a forgotten PIN, do the following:
Open Settings app and go to Accounts > Sign-in options.
Locate the PIN section and click the I forgot my PIN option.
Click the Continue button.
Enter your account password and click Sign in.
Now enter your new PIN code and click the OK button to save it.
Let me know if this helps!
Have a great day! 🙂
