Yes, you can reset your HP Victus laptop while keeping your personal files by using Windows' "Reset this PC" → "Keep my files" option: Go to Settings → System → Recovery → click Reset PC → choose "Keep my files" → select Local Reinstall (faster) or Cloud Download (more reliable, needs 4GB or a bit more internet) → click Reset; this will reinstall Windows while preserving your Documents, Pictures, Videos, Downloads, and Desktop files, but removes all installed apps and custom settings.
Important note: Back up critical files to an external drive/cloud first in case the process fails, which happens in rare cases.
