I am going to order the disk, but can't do it at this point. was Just hopeing that there was someone who knew what the problem was and how to get it right. I managed to get it to reset, with windows 8.1 and got all the other things fixed, cursor placement , pointer and scrolling all fixed. Just have a problem with upgrading to windows 10 and I know the recovery disk will not fix that. I have seen that many many people have had this problem, with the upgrade.
