HP Notebook - 14-bw012nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Laptop, 4GB/32 GB and can't do a factory reset because I get the error message that more memory is needed.  I have deleted all I feel comfortable doing and done everything else it recommends but still get the error message.  Have 2 external devices, one a 1TB drive and I can't get to the point where it will allow me to use it to complete a reset to original factory settings.  Any suggestions?  Again, I have tried the reset options offered but get nowhere but the error message that 3-4 more

Hi:

 

if the PC is not usable right now, use the HP cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will also need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
