My son factory set my laptop, now I can't get in it. It keeps popping up "ENTER ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD OR POWER ON PASSWORD"...
Can someone please help me with this frustrating matter?

 Hi,

 

The third failed attempt to enter the password, display a screen code, enter that code in the following link and generates the password to unlock

If you enter wrong password 3 times- or just leave blank & hit Enter 3 times- it should give you a system disabled message with a Halt code. Post that halt code here when you have it.

Oh my, he set HIS name as the user, how do I get THAT password reset?

If he won't give you the password the easiest option may be doing another Factory reset by tapping F11 key immediately after powering on the laptop. The document here shows how:
