At fist my hp windows computer would load the desktop but it would flash from black to desktop on and off. Then just restarted my computer and now it’s keeps asking me my country/region and I select it all. Then it applies all the setting and then tells me Why did my PC restart? And then I click next and it’s on loop and ask me my country and region again and i don’t know what to do.
