Tried to restore system last night. Twice it failed on me. I’ve done this multiple times. I don’t know what the problem is.

The flash drive didn't work. I had to download using cloud recovery using a 32GB drive. I took an hour to download and 2 hours to restore. But everything was good in the end. I don;t understand why it failed at the SYSPREP part. But once it got passed it, everything worked out as usual.

I suggest you run a Hard drive Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Hard drive
Keep me posted😊
