Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I attempted to restore the computer to it's original factory settings. At the end of the proceedure, after it attempts to go into windows, I got the error message: c:\system.sav\exitproc\disablesb.cmd is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

The recovery manager said that the restoration is incomplete. I saved the log and the details page said the following:

failed device #0:

description: usb mass storage device

At this point, I do not have a restore disk to attempt to restore it again. The machine does not have a label so I don't even have the windows product key. Yes, I looked behind the battery.

What is next? Any suggestions?

The Windows license key is embedded in BIOS and should be pulled for activation automatically. Use the free Media Creation Tool provided by Microsoft to make an installation dvd or usb flash drive.
