Chrome OS

I recently restored Chrome OS on my Chromebook. (It was enterprise enrolled previously; now it is just for personal use.) How do I enable the SureView privacy screen? Pressing the button currently does nothing. I seem to recall there also being a software setting for this, which I cannot find now. Do I need to enable a setting or install a special driver or build?
