Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

System can't start. when I turn on the Pc it shows this message: 

 

Product information not valid

the following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid

System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number

ENTER - Continue Startup

After a few seconds it shows Hp logo and then it goes to a troubleshooting screen but it doesn't allow me to Recover the computer with a backup.

 

I called Customer Support and they told me that they couldn't help me with this issue. 

 

This error appear after I erased some apps (Nothing from the operating system)

 

 

Is there any solution for this issue?
