 frozen screen looks like this. Every video claiming to fix it, starts with, "go to settings" if the screen is frozen, and the keyboard doesnt work, how do you go to settings? I just want to reboot the device, but I cant. Its stuck..

Hello @33JP 

 

Try to press and hold the power-on button. Hold it for at least 5 seconds until the computer shuts down.

Then, try to start it again.

 

Let me know in details what happened eventually.
