Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1027od

This morning when I started up my laptop, I had no issues. Out of nowhere in the middle of using it, my screen started flashing white and black with no picture. Just a pure white and black screen flashing between the two. When the white screen pops up, my power light turns on. However, when the white screen goes away and it flashes to black, the power light turns off. Holding down power or tapping it does nothing. Computer seems to be stuck in this state. I have absolutely no clue what is going on, nor have I found a post about this exact issue. Usually, people are able to turn it off/on. My laptop almost has a mind of its own where no matter what buttons I push, it is stuck in this state of flashing on and off. Any help would be great. Thank you.
