Hi, I have a persistent problem because of a screen deformation of clarity that remain even when I reformat entirely the partition of the system for a new installation and that is shown also from the bios side. Some months before the screen was clean but the problem started gradually from a little part until it cover nearly all the surface of the screen. I joint the screen photo. Thank You for the help!.

When you are in the BIOS, the Windows OS is not loaded so this is not a software issue. I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

Hello again, I made some search about the question and I have the conclusion that only the reset of the BIOS if not an update that may resolve the problem therefore I want to ask if this really is possible, Thank You!

Please check in the BIOS if you have the same issue with the screen
If the issue persists in the BIOS screen then it's confirmed it is a display issue. You can also try connecting an external monitor and check if you face the same issue

Yes, it is the same as in the windows desktop as in the BIOS, but the fact is that the malware is seen when it start, so it is just a program that may be removed. this start by the effect of light at the bottom of the screen.
