HP Notebook - 15-ac033tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using Hp 15-ac033tx when i check the Serial number and product number in Hp support assistant it is totally different from what is written at the back side of laptop.

And it is showing Product name Hp 15-ac622tx and also i am not able to update bios version by automatically as well as manually. 

Current Bios version is F.1d  (InsydeH20  utility), due to which i am having trouble with laptop charging. 

 

Please suggest me any solution what should i do, which Bios i should install, laptop is saying i am Hp 15-ac622 and body saying i am Hp- ac033tx.
