At this rate, you might need help from an authorized service center for diagnosis. First, if possible, back up your important data to an external drive and manually install Windows on the HDD using a bootable USB. Then test Windows on the HDD and check whether the error appears again. If it doesn’t, there is a high chance that the SSD is failing or that there is an issue with its connection to the motherboard. Since it is stuck, I suggest visiting the nearest HP authorized service center and asking them to remove it and diagnose the SSD or its connection, etc for this problem and provide proper solution. Don’t opt for any unnecessary, expensive repairs.

To locate service center, use this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/help/service-center,

Call before visiting, ask about the required documents, and take a video of the laptop’s current condition at the service center to avoid any unnecessary rare disputes later.

Do this:

  1. Power on the laptop.
  2. As soon as you see the HP logo, hold the power button to force it off.
  3. Repeat this 2–3 times. On the next boot, Windows should show “Preparing Automatic Repair” and then the blue recovery screen.
  4. Choose Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Uninstall updates. (If this happens after amy update then uninstall it). If it happens randomly, then coode system restore point.
  5. Select Uninstall latest update which caused this.
  6. Confirm and let it complete, then choose Continue to Windows 11. (If uninstalling update doesn't work then boot into recovery again and do point in restore or system restore dated before you did that update.)

After booting, first backup your important data. Then try to repair system by reinstalling same version. It preserve files, data but still backup for worst care. To do it, follow this link:

After repair, run windows update and check if all updates get installed properly

Automatic Repair cant help and I reinstall windows 11 when this problem occurred but after few days its shows same error now some times shows stop code: Inaccessible boot device(0x7B).

Remove all USB devices connected to your laptop, except mouse and check if issue appears again

I checked this removing all usb devices connected with laptop only usb mouse connected but still that error showing. Is that blue screen error or something else ?

HP Recommended

Blue screen error can also be due to falling ssd. Do hard driver/Storage test in HP diagnosis windows as shown in the link below:

When you reinstall the windows, did you clean install using bootable usb?

HP Recommended

Yes using a bootable usb drive.

Okay, run component test like I mentioned above and let me know results. Do you have single storage drive or more?

HP Recommended

I have two physical storage drives an SSD and 1 HDD. I ran all tests but all tests results shows normal.

HP Recommended

It can be failing ssd which HP test may not able to find. First Back up whenever is in windows drive. Copy documents, photos, and other essential files to an external drive or cloud storage before further troubleshooting.

If possible, open laptop back panel and carefully reseat your windows drive (likely SSD). Now test.
