Product: Pavillion 15-eh0014na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a full battery charge on my HP Pavillion laptop i carried on using the laptop.  Few hours later the laptop did instant shutdown and battery empty.  what could be the problem  please help.

The very simple problem: battery ran out and machine had to stop.

is it windows 10 update problem or HP machine because in the specification was supposed to get more battery life. the machine didnt control the shutdown as i was using it?
