Made a clean install on a old Notebook I got.
The process took 10hours..before Windows update.
The computer don't hang, just slow..
Takes 5 to 10 minutes to start.
Ran the Diagnostic software, took 5 hours...Everything PASSED...
Is that to trust?
Also updated BIOS..
And used Advanced System Mechanics for optimizing..
No success...
After Windows has started in full, It runs OK..
Help.
It has 8GB Ram, 1TB HDD, should be enough..?
Cant find if RAM is possible to upgrade, and how much?
2x4GB installed.
HDD or RAM disfunction?

Can I use SO-DIMMs DDR4 with 3200 CL22?

Hi @BengHa
I think the main problem is in the disk, it is convenient to change the disk for a 2.5” SSD of the size you want, 1Tb, 2 Tb or more, that's the main thing, then if you want you can increase the ram memory to 16 GB (2x8) DDR4-2400

You can use, but it will not improve because it is 3200, the memory BUS will decrease the frequency from 3200 to 2400 because it cannot use a higher frequency than the processor supports.
