I was looking a video on YouTube when my pc goes black screen and when I restart it it tells me smart hard disk error if I continue the startup It told me that there was not a operating system I downloaded from Microsoft site but when I reach the part that tells me where I want to install my windows 10 I can't install it

Because in the unit 0 partition 1 type system Il tells me that windows must be installed in a partition format NTFS
