Hello I am using the hp pavilion notebook with product number M1Y29UA#ABA . So I'm getting the error "resolving disk errors this may take more than one hour" so when I ran the hp system diagnostics I am getting the error FAILURE ID:- " GLX0HD-8AVA78-MFPWLK-60D803" then I went system recovery > troubleshoot and I settled to secure boot and even then I am not able to back up and create a recovery drive . So can u people please help me

Thank you for providing the error code. This code implies Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure with failure code 301. The issue is with the HDD and it has failed.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your Notebook.
