Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
U34C1R-8JCABD-MFPX6K-60FA03 | OK | XXXXXXXXXX | 12/30/20 | 301 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure |
Your hard drive is about to fail or has failed, needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

Hi, @Bobe123
I saw your other post regarding a replacement drive.
If you can live with 500 GB of drive space this 2.5" SSD provides the best performance for the price.
The 1 TB model is 110 pounds.
