Softwares changes after installing fresh Windows 10

Recently I installed a M.2 Nvme SSD drive on my laptop and then i did a fresh install of Windows 10. The Windows got activated by the digital license from my motherboard but now it lacks some softwares. 

After the fresh install I didn't have these HP Softwares

HP Support Assistant

HP Software Framework

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics

HP System Event Utility

HP Smart

HP Privacy Settings.

Do i need them in my  laptop.

Software By Intel which are not found after fresh install

Intel(R) Rapid Technology

Please provide me the necessary Softwares from the above list.

PS - The above softwares are in my previous windows that comes along with my HP laptop.

Download the HP support assistant software from the link below.   Click on the orange download button on the upper right side of the page.  The HP software framework should also get installed, because the HP support assistant needs that in order to work.
